YOOGEE Lighting Shipping Policy

At YOOGEE Lighting, it’s our greatest pleasure to serve you! To make your shopping experience seamless, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders through our trusted carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Shipping Details

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping to the USA. Automatically applied to all orders with no minimum purchase required. For other countries or regions, additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us before placing your order for shipping cost inquiries.
  • Shipping Method: We ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS, but the specific carrier depends on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
  • Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically delivered within 6-8 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Delivery Delays:  If the shipping information provided is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you to update the delivery details, which could cause delays in processing your order. Customs clearance may also result in delays. Uncontrollable natural factors, such as hurricanes or snowstorms, may likewise affect delivery times. Please note: YOOGEE LIGHTING is not responsible for unclaimed or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If you change your mind after the package has been shipped, you must collect it at the delivery point and return it to us. Unclaimed packages will automatically be marked as unclaimed and charged accordingly, as carriers do not offer an automatic return-to-sender service.
  • Lost Shipments: In rare cases, there are occasions when DHL, FedEx, or UPS tracking shows a package as "delivered," but the customer has not received it. If this happens, please contact us immediately so we can verify the situation with the courier. Important: Please report the issue within 15 days, as delays may reduce the likelihood of recovering the package. We also recommend checking with neighbors, as couriers sometimes deliver packages to nearby addresses by mistake. If the courier confirms the package is lost, don't worry—please file a complaint with them and obtain a complaint reference number. We will send you a replacement package free of charge.

Product Handling and Fulfillment

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Orders for out-of-stock items will be shipped within 2-8 business days.
  • Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 6-8 business days.

Delivery Damages

  • Since our chandeliers are fragile items, we take great care in packaging. However, due to the nature of shipping, occasional damage may occur during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please do not worry. Kindly contact us immediately at sales@yoogee-lighting.com, providing a photo of the damage and keeping the original packaging for reference. We will assist you in resolving the issue. Again, we will always make it right by sending you replacements free of charge, provided that we receive high-quality photos and/or videos showing the defects.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • For any issues or inquiries about your order, our customer service team is ready to assist.

Order Cancellation

  • Customized fixtures are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. After that, you can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. However, a 5% processing fee will be applied. Once the product is shipped out, the order cannot be canceled.

Taxes and Duties

  • Taxes and duties are collected by your government and/or local authorities therefore, YOOGEE LIGHTING is not responsible for paying local taxes, import duties, and international customs charges. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country, where applicable.
